Lasting behavior change takes time. That's not a philosophy. It's neuroscience.

That's why Leader as Coach spans 39 weeks. And it's why every topic runs through our Learn, Reflect, Coach (LRC) model.

Learn | New topics create new neural pathways. Each concept connects to real experiences, past and present, to build meaning.

Reflect | Cohort relationships let participants test their thinking, learn from each other, and encode new skills more deeply.

Coach | Retrieval and application lock in the learning. Participants practice across real scenarios, not hypotheticals.
