Lauran has spent 25 years organizing communities around violence prevention, coaching senior executives, and mediating conflicts. She founded Bold Font to make that level of development accessible to everyone.

Katie Beaubian, M.Ed., CPCC, Director of Programs

Katie has a reputation for getting to the heart of a client's challenge. With a background in non-profit, education, and program design, she's coached 86+ managers and specializes in work-life integration.

Cindy McCown, CPCC, Director of Projects & Client Comms

Cindy's career started in Hollywood, where she learned firsthand what it means to lead under pressure. She now brings that experience and a background in communications to help clients find their voice and build resilient teams.
