Leader as Coach Open Enrollment

Leader as Coach is a 9-month group coaching program for leaders committed to lasting change. Over 39 weeks, you'll build real leadership skills through real application, in real time, forging new default behaviors that hold up under pressure.

The program runs in small cohorts of 4–6 people who meet virtually once a week for one hour. Sessions are led by an experienced Bold Font coach and are adaptive to your cohort's specific dynamics and needs. Between sessions, short experiential homework (30 minutes or less) reinforces what was covered and keeps the learning moving. Every topic spans three weeks, giving you time to learn it, process it with your cohort, and actually practice it before moving on.

Two cohorts are available: Level 1 for those leading individual contributors or projects, and Level 2 for those managing managers or carrying significant strategic responsibility. Once enrollment closes, your coach will coordinate a recurring session time that works for everyone in your cohort.
